Lora is a writer from the San Francisco Bay Area. She is the first generation in her family to be born in the United States and speaks Russian and English fluently. Lora loves documentary films and is especially interested in supporting filmmakers of color and women, LGBTQ, and differently abled filmmakers. She feels most passionate about documentaries that play with form and recognize the pluralities of any place, narrative, or culture. Lora is a graduate of University College London’s Master’s program in Comparative Literature.
